RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to return an item purchased on the online store, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please specify why you are returning the item and we will reply accordingly.

If you receive the product damaged or incorrectly, the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase. You have the option to return it and exchange it for a replacement, or we can issue you a credit note for online shopping. We will cover the courier costs of sending the replacement product back to you.

Please note that we will inspect the returned items and it will be up to our discretion whether the return is deemed valid or not.
