Dalebrook Tidal Pool is a special place. I love how it draws humans from all walks of life; individuals, groups, families, strangers, birthday parties etc. Swimming in the beautiful tidal pools is a therapeutic activity for me. There is beautiful healing energy from connecting with nature through the ions of the sea, whilst surrounded by the mountains and beautiful coastline of the deep south.
